Three-peat for UIL State Champions

The Bridge City High School math team won the State UIL Academic Championship in calculator applications for the third year in a row.

Brett Bertles, Stephen Dotson, Randy Dupuis, and Nick Robertson received gold medals for calculator competition on the stage of the Hogg Auditorium on the University of Texas Austin campus on Saturday, May 3.

Individually, Nick Robertson was first, Randy Dupuis was second, and Brett Bertles was fourth.

The same four boys won the silver medals in the UIL Academic State competition in general mathematics on Friday, May 2.

Individually, Nick Robertson was first and Randy Dupuis was sixth.

Nick Robertson was fourth individually in UIL Number Sense.
