Orange County Girls Softball teams fall short at Regional Meet

The lady Mustangs battled their way to area playoffs at Deer Park High School after completing their best season in WO-S history (22-11). The Lady Mustangs finished Dist. 21-3A in second place behind the Bridge City Lady Cardinals. Both Orange County teams fell in the area round. West Columbia defeated the young WO-S softball team in two games of a three-game-series, 8-0 and 9-0. The lady Cardinals were defeated 11-3 by Needville in a winner-take-all.
