Milligan completes Eagle project

Justus Milligan of Boy Scout Troop 125 in Orangefield completed his Eagle Project. He built a special fire pit meant to only be used to retire American flags by burning.

On Flag Day, June 14, he presented his project to the Veteran’s Memorial Park with a flag retirement ceremony.

“Justus could not have completed this without many community and business donations; also the help and encouragement of many individuals helped bring this to completion,” said his parents.
