Shaun Randall Taylor, 26, of Livingston, passed away on Jan. 12.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, Jan. 22 at 3 p.m. at Dorman Funeral Home, with a Memorial Service at 4 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. John Pepper officiating.

He was a native of Orange; born on Feb. 19, 1984 to parents Stephen Kaplan Taylor and Sharon Kay Bellair. He had lived in Houston and the last two months in Livingston. He was an American History buff and enjoyed working on computers; he volunteered in Houston repairing computers that were donated for children who could not afford one. His greatest joy in life was spending time with his little brother Jay, playing video games and taking him places. Shaun was a loving son, brother, nephew and friend who will be missed dearly.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Beulah and Nathan Bellair and his paternal grandmother, Anne Taylor.

He is survived by his mother, Sharon K. Marx and her husband Bruce of Livingston; father, Stephen Taylor and his wife Elizabeth of Austin; brother, Jayden Marx of Livingston; paternal grandfather, Hyman Taylor and his wife Martha of Orange and uncle, John Marx of Livingston.
