AgriLife Extension to present healthy weight classes

The Texas AgriLife Extension will hold a series of educational presentations in the Orange Neighborhood Facility Center, at 303 N. 8th St. Beginning June 23. Two other presentations will be held June 30, and July 7.

Each presentation will last about one hour, and all will begin at 10:00 am.

The series will cover healthy eating habits for maintaining a healthy weight along with new ways to exercise for individuals with busy lifestyles.

Classes are free to all participants and will include fun activities, and prizes for all adults. Call 882-7010 to register, or with questions.
