Orange man reports criminal mischief

On Monday, Jan. 10, Captain C.A. Stephenson, with the Orange Police Dept., was dispatched to the 711 4th St. in reference to criminal mischief.

Upon arrival, Capt. Stephenson met with the victim, Sam Robinson.

Robinson advised that at 6:30 pm, he discovered a small piece of pipe inside the front door of his residence. Upon further investigation, he found that his sidelight, beveled glass window pane on his front door had been shattered.

The victim did not see anyone in the area who could have been identified as a suspect, but stated he would pursue charges if a suspect was located and identified.

The estimated cost of damage was placed at $1500.
