Lutcher Theater to present Moulin Rouge – The Ballet

The Lutcher Theater for the Performing Arts will present Moulin Rouge - The Ballet, Tuesday, Jan. 31, at 7:30 PM. Tickets range from $35-$65 and may be purchased at www.lutcher.orglink or by calling the Lutcher Theater box office at 886-5535.

Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet opened its 70th anniversary season with a new work, Moulin Rouge – The Ballet, choreographed by Jorden Morris, creator of the RWB’s Peter Pan and former principal dancer.

Now in its 72nd season, Lutcher patrons can look forward to RWB’s international tour of this production.

Drawn to Paris by the city’s passion, a flame fuelled by the hearts of lovers and the souls of poets, Matthew and Nathalie tempt fate as they seek love and destiny at the infamous cabaret – The Moulin Rouge.
