Robert Martin Mancil, 64, of Orange passed away Tuesday, Sept. 18, in Orange. A gathering of family and friends will be from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Cremation will be under the direction of Claybar Haven of Rest Crematory.
