CCS to hold inaugural football homecoming

Community Christian School will hold its first ever homecoming celebration beginning Nov. 1, with a pep rally, pots and pans parade and bonfire. Twelfth graders are encouraged to bring family and friends, along with pots, pans and spoons decorated for the parade to the bonfire. Student Council will sell decorated wooden spoons.

November 2, at 6:00 pm, will be pre-game activities and the homecoming game. The homecoming court will be crowned during pre-game activities and the game will begin at 7:00 pm. Students and fans are encouraged to “get your blue on” and wear your blue Lion’s shirts.

Saturday, Nov. 3, at 6:30 pm, ninth through twelfth grades and alumni will attend the homecoming banquet, which will be held in the 16th St. gym.
