Another long, hot Southeast Texas summer is underway. And, once again, Entergy Texas, Inc. is showing its commitment to those most in need through the thirteenth year of its “Beat the Heat” fan program, in which fans are provided to charitable, nonprofit agencies for them to provide to their clients. This year, a total of 1,300 oscillating fans will be distributed to more than two dozen locations throughout the company’s service territory.
Deliveries in the Orange County area is set to begin at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, June 27 with a “blitz” delivery to a number of key distribution sites. Thursday’s schedule is shown in the table below.
