Glen “Jim” Fuselier

Glen “Jim” Fuselier, 79, of Orange, passed away Wednesday, July 31, at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Orange. Burial will follow at Spikes Cemetery in Bancroft, La.

Serving as Pallbearers will be Nathan Navarro, David Gilland, Ben Snider, Jason Smith, Lannie Philman, Louis Flores and Armando Navarro.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary and eulogy service recited at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.

Born in Iowa, La. on Feb. 22, 1934, Jim was the son of David and Gertrude (Haggart) Fuselier. He served in the U.S. Navy for four years and was a Powerhouse Operator at PPG.

Preceded in death by his daughter, Genevieve Fuselier Nelson, Jim is survived by his wife, Brenda Fuselier; sons and daughter-in-law, Cheyenne and Rosita Curran, James Fuselier; daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Martin Navarro; son and daughter-in-law, Ernest and Essie Fuselier; one grandchild, Nathan Narvarro; and sister, Charlotte Bernadeaux.
