Warner is the new face of the Orange Convention and Visitor’s Bureau

Ms. Taylor Warner has been appointed as the new coordinator for the Orange Convention & Visitor’s Bureau (CVB). Warner is a Nederland High School graduate and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism Management as well as a certificate in Professional Event Management from Texas A&M University. Warner’s previous work experience includes the Bryan/College Station CVB, the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center in College Station and the Boy Scouts of America in Horseshoe Bend.

“The City of Orange is excited about Ms. Warner assuming the role of CVB Coordinator. Her educational and work-related credentials will serve the city well. Her creativity regarding the planning of tourism-related events, along with her expertise with social media, will be tremendous assets to promote the city and its attractions,” says Jay Trahan, Director of Economic Development.

“I am honored to have received this appointment by the City of Orange. This position is exactly what I hoped for after graduating from college. This career opportunity affords me the chance to express my creativity while having the privilege of working with a variety of individuals and organizations in the community. My goals are to promote tourism, increase hotel occupancy and create quality of life events that provide a sense of excitement and community pride for both residents and visitors.
