St. Mary student's art chosen for Christmas card

Every year the Diocese of Beaumont chooses a piece of art work from a student to display on the cover of their Christmas cards. This year, Carter Claybar, a sixth grade student from St. Mary Catholic School was chosen. This card is distributed to all the schools in the diocese, parishes and throughout the state.

Carter was recognized for this honor at the school Christmas program and at announcements in front of the entire student body. Cindy Claybar is the art teacher at St. Mary Catholic School.
