State Champion Alexus Henry to sign with UTA

On Friday, 2014 State Champion high jumper, Bridge City Lady Cardinal senior Alexus Henry, will sign a track and field scholarship with the Univerisity of Texas at Arlington Lady Maverics. Alexus, who is a four year starter in volleyball, basketball and track will sign a letter of intent during ceremonies to be held at 2 p.m. in the BCHS library. An outstanding athlete and student, Alexus has garnered All-District honors in three sports including All-Region III in basketball. Alexus Henry is also a member of the National Honor Society.
