OCRT meeting scheduled

Orange County Retired Teachers will meet Monday, Dec. 8, at 10:30 am at the Wesley United Methodist Church, 401 37th St., Orange.

R. A. Hidalgo, President of District 5, Texas Retired Teachers Association, will speak about retired teachers' health care and the upcoming Texas Legislative Session.

Hughie Allen will provide Christmas music.

Members will bring dishes for a covered dish luncheon.

Members continue to collect pull tabs to donate to the Ronald McDonald House, as well as books for the Texas Children's Book Project.
