The Kiwanis Club of Orange, invites everyone to the 66th Annual Orange Christmas Parade at 6:30 p.m., Friday, Dec. 5.
The parade will start at the MacArthur Shopping Center, travel down MacArthur Dr./Green Ave. and end on 5th St. in downtown Orange.
Parade entries are still being accepted and forms can be picked up at the Greater Orange Area Chamber of Commerce or found on the Kiwanis Club of Orange, TX’s Facebook page. For prompt entry, please email forms to [email protected].
On parade day, all participants will line up near the old Sears building no later than 5:30 p.m.
In conjunction with the parade, a Christmas Festival featuring local vendors will be held at 5:00 p.m. east of City Hall. Starting at 5:30 p.m., the First Presbyterian Church will host its Annual Christmas Open House in the Lutcher Memorial Building and will be serving cookies, popcorn, and hot chocolate.
At the conclusion of the parade, the Christmas tree lighting and awards ceremony will follow at City Hall.
The Kiwanis Club looks forward to celebrating “A Story Book Christmas” with the entire community.
