The Celebration of Life for Mrs. Aron Lee Celestine, 66, of Orange, will be Saturday, March 14, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Paul C.M.E. Church. Rites of Christian burial will follow in Hollywood Community Cemetery under the direction of Sparrow Funeral Home.
Visitation will be Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the church.
She died Saturday, March 7, at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont.
A lifelong Orange native and resident, she was a floor manager at Walmart Superstores. A member of the St. Paul C.M.E. Church, she was an usher and member of the Mission Society. She also served as First Lady of the Caroline Temple Church of Kirbyville and Promise Temple Church of Silsbee for a combined 17 years.
Survivors include her husband, the Rev. Willie Celestine of Orange, sons, Chris Roberts and Johnny D. Levi, both of Orange, step-son, Willie Celestine, Jr.
(Tanya) of Beaumont, daughters, Katrice Levi Feathers and Shannon Levi, both of Orange, step-daughter, Nakeisha Stewart (Cory) of Beaumont; three grandsons raised as sons, Kenz Lee Levi, Trenton Thomas, and Kenton Thomas; five brothers, Grover Glenn Roberts (Carolyn), Eli Roberts (Stephanie), Jerry Lee Budwine (Lindsey), Grover Lee Roberts, and Carl Lee Roberts; nine sisters, Janet Roberts Ziegler (Louis), Bernice Johnson (Billy), Ramona Roberts, Linda Harris (Kenneth), Ruby Gosey (Freddie), Verdine Roberts, Debra Riley (Milton), Justine Perry, and Annie Lexie; 25 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
