Severe weather possible through weekend

The National Weather Service is expecting three more wet days, before a drying period early next week. Three to five inches of rain, with locally up to ten inches is possible through Saturday. A Flash Flood Watch is in effect for the entire region.

Strong to severe storms are also possible Friday afternoon and evening, and again Saturday morning and afternoon. Large hail and damaging winds are the primary threats.

Temperatures will be near normal for the highs and above normal for the lows this upcoming week.
