Subway #431, 2205 Hwy. 62, McLewis - Front cooler door starting to split apart - need to repair; baseboard tiles are broken/beginning to come apart from wall - need repair; need to post all certified food manager certificates and food service e permit in front of store. Score - 97

Judice's Cajun Cafe, 2045 Texas Ave., Bridge City - Employee found with lip piercing; several flies found throughout. Score - 93
Family Dollar #5258, 115 W. Bolivar St., Vidor - Several dead roaches found throughout; several dead mice found and can hear several live inside walls; milk cooler needs to be cleaned; holes on walls/door need to be repaired where mice have eaten through; need to clean storage rooms of old boxes and mice feces. Pest management was called out. Score - 91
