Byrd inducted into Texas Country Music Hall of Fame

Vidor native, Tracy Byrd, was inducted as the newest member of the Texas Country Music Hall of Fame and gave a great concert Saturday, Aug. 8, in Carthage. Byrd's career of over 20 years has 30 chart-reaching singles and nine albums. Four of his albums were certified gold and one double platinum.
