Cooler temps here for couple more days

The National Weather Service is expecting cool, dry weather through Saturday, before temperatures warm up and daily scattered showers and thunderstorms come back next week.

In the tropics, Tropical Storm Erika is having a difficult time maintaining her strength, and this could continue for the next day or two as she crosses Puerto Rico and Hispaniola. This system could weaken to a tropical wave, or strengthen to a hurricane by next week and threaten the east coast of the US. Due to the low level of forecast confidence with Erika, everyone should monitor the daily forecast through the weekend.
