BASS University nets large crowd

Nearly 100 guests attended The BASS University program held this past Saturday and Sunday inside the Student Center of Lamar State College in Orange. The two-day event featured professional anglers such as Todd Faircloth, Cliff Crochet, John Crews, Davy Hite, Pete Gluszek and Mike Iaconelli, who is shown discussing his presentation of shaky head rigs to the group. Guests from Houston, The Woodlands, Dallas, and Lafayette, La., attended the event, as well as members of area fishing teams from Little Cypress-Mauriceville, Deweyville and Kirbyville.
