Frank Jeffers

Frank Jeffers, 84, of Vidor died Friday, Jan. 29, at his residence. A native of Brookedale, he was a longtime resident of Vidor.

He played baseball for the Brooklyn Dodgers for 16 years. He was a heavy equipment operator and was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor.

A visitation will be held for family and friends from 6:00-10:00 pm Tuesday, Feb. 2, at Memorial Funeral Home.

Frank is survived by his wife of 65 years Helen Jeffers of Vidor; daughters Narcille Noble of Mauriceville and Karen Jeffers of Vidor; three grandsons and four great-grandchildren.
