UPDATED - Port Neches PD issues Silver Alert for missing man

The Port Neches Police Department is searching for Thomas Joseph Collins , diagnosed with a cognitive impairment, white male, 84 years old, date of birthNov. 15. He is 6' 1" and weighs 190 pounds., with white hair, blue eyes. Collins' right earlobe has been surgically removed and he has hearing aids in both ears.

The senior citizen was last seen at 9:30 am, March 8, at Port Neches, driving a Silver, 2006 Ford F-150 with TX License Plate CBW2294. Law enforcement officials believe this senior citizen's disappearance poses a credible threat to his own health and safety.
