Areas of Orange County battle historic flooding

The Bluebird Fish Camp on Simmons Dr. in Orange is being inundated with flood waters. More flooding is expected to occur as water rises before the Sabine River crests on Wednesday, March 16. The river is expected to crest at over 35 feet. RECORD PHOTO - MARK DUNN
