Remembering the Children

Dozens of area residents turned out for a special event held by C.A.S.A. (Court Appointed Child Advocates) on Monday, April 25, on the grounds of the Orange County Courthouse in downtown Orange. The organization and participants released sky lanterns into the air as a tribute to the 171 children who died in the state of Texas in 2015 due to abuse and neglect. Photo by Tommy Mann Jr.
