Alice Teague

Alice Marie Teague, 82, of Evadale, died Friday, May 6. She was born Au. 4, 1933, in Orange, to Vera Crowell Phillips and Wilbert Marion Phillips.

Survivors include her children, Judy Gerrald and her husband, Scott, of Rockwall; Laura Ross and her husband, Billy and June Johnson and her husband, Charles, all of Evadale; and Vera Seago and her husband, Buncy, Jr., of Mauriceville; grandchildren, Sandy Jewett and her husband, Ray, of Rockwall; Dwight Adams and his wife, Bernie, of Nederland; Stacey Patterson and her husband, Merl, of Silsbee; Brandon Gerrald and his wife, Amanda, of Orange; Aaron Adams and his wife, Tiffany, of Navarre, Fla; Rodney Johnson and his wife, Kimberly, of Evadale; and Jerrod Seago and his wife, Ashley, Shayne Seago and his wife, Jennifer, and Colby Seago, all of Mauriceville; 12 great-grandchildren and special nephew, Guy Dale Gaspard and his wife, Deenie, of Santa Fe.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dwight Edward Teague; sisters, Katie Perry and Shirley Dempsey and brother, Archie Phillips.

A gathering of Mrs. Teague’s family and friends will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m., Sunday, May 8, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Rd, Silsbee.

Her funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, May 9, at Broussard’s, with her interment to follow at MorseCemetery, Buna.
