This rare and beautiful Lily of the Nile flower is in full bloom at the Bearden and Bearden Law Firm on Border Street in downtown Orange. Also known as the Agapanthus or African Lily, this plant can grow up to four-feet at maturity and displays attractive blue or white flowers at the top of its stalk. As beautiful as it is, caution is urged when handling the plant as it is poisonous if ingested and is known to be a skin irritant.
