Local students receive scholarships from Go Texan Foundation

The Go Texan Foundation recently awarded their 2016 scholarship recipients to area students. Those receiving $2,500 scholarships are:

Madison Miller, Little Cypress-Mauriceville; Bailey Whitley, Orangefield High School; Luke Ross, Vidor; Margan Ferguson, West Orange-Stark High School and Morgan Matt, Bridge City High School.

Receiving an $18,000 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and Orange Orange County Go Texan scholarship was Rebakah Newell of Orangefield High School.
