Cowboy Cookies

For The Record
Who doesn't love cookies - I mean any kind of cookies? In my opinion, there's nothing like a good cookie or three with a tall, cold glass of milk, or a cup of coffee. My grandmother used to make some cookies like this and they were amazing when we would curl up on the couch to watch TV at night when I would go spend the weekends with her. She always had something good for snacking.
When I saw my friend Joni Smith post this recipe on her Faceook, I knew I was going to have to share it with y'all and make it. Joni is always posting something scrumptious looking and I bet she is a great cook!
I can't wait to try these for myself. With cooler weather on the horizon, it's the perfect time for warm cookies and hot cocoa.
Ingredients
1 Cup butter

1 Cup packed brown sugar
Cream together and add 2 eggs.
