BBB honors Mrs. Donna Peterson

Mrs. Donna Peterson of Orange, received special recognition at the inaugural Better Business Bureau Women's Conference in Beaumont on Thursday, Oct. 24. BBB director Jay Sheppard recognized her as founder of A-1 Peterson Plumbing 51 years ago in Orange County and for her groundbreaking success as one of the first licensed female plumbers in Texas. She also presented her with a corsage to honor her 84th birthday! 450 business women and political leaders from throughout Southeast Texas attended the conference and luncheon Thursday at the Civic Center in Beaumont.
