Melissa Callias Named May Employee of the Month by BC Chamber of Commerce

The Bridge City Chamber of Commerce was excited to honor Melissa Callias as our May Employee of the

Month. Melissa works at the Orange Dollar Tree. Melissa was presented her award, sponsored by Energy

Ford, by our President, Candace Mulhollan, Ambassadors Rani Dillow and Stephanie Roberts. She received

gifts and gift certificates from the following businesses: Wellspring Credit Union, 5 Point Credit Union, Tiger

Rock Martial Arts of Bridge City, OhainWEB.com, Sabine Federal Credit Union, Las Rosas, Delta Force

Fitness and Candace Mulhollan at Re/Max One.

Melissa has worked for the Dollar Tree for two years. She started at the Bridge City store and is now at the

Orange store. She is the manager and is all about team effort. Melissa believes that “customer service is

what her store brings to the table”. She appreciates her employees as well as her customers. While being

presented her award even her customers had to jump in with praise for Melissa!

Melissa appreciates being recognized as a front line worker during this hard time for our community. She

welcomes all customers with a smile. Melissa has recently been promoted and plans to continue to move

up with Dollar Tree Corporation.
