The Little Cypress Junior High Seventh Grade Track Team won the District Championship last week as a team, with individuals also taking First in their events. Individual First Place winners are Mallory Russell - High Jump; Maya Meadows - Pole Vault; Paisley Angelle - 200M Hurdles; and the

4x400 Relay Team of Kinsey Dryden, Maya Meadows, Eden Frenzel, and Mallory Russell. LCJH's Eighth Grade Track Team took 2nd Place Team overall, with First Place wins by Jillian Brown – Discus; Keylie Washburn - Triple Jump and High Jump; Ella Stephenson - Pole Vault and Kyndall Davis tied for First - Pole Vault; and Taylor Bull – 1600 M Run. Coach Cammie Palmer said this about her teams, "The Lady Cubs worked extremely hard and did great! We are so very proud of them all!"
