Lion's Club Carnival kicks off with Ribbon Cutting

Every year for the past 80 years the Lion's Club of Orange has set up the Lion's Club Carnival. And every year the Greater Orange Area Chamber of Commerce is honored to kick off the event with a Ribbon Cutting. The Orange Lions Club Charity Carnival is a nonprofit organization that has been giving back to our community for many years. Some of the things they are able to do is donate food baskets throughout the year, provide eyeglasses for those that are unable to get them otherwise, present students with scholarships, and donate to the Texas Lions Camp. This year The Officers are President & Co- Carnival Chair: Kacey Burnitt, Vice President: Terri Salter, 2nd Vice President: Grover Roberts, and Co-Carnival Chair: Pam Honeycutt. As all the locals like to say... It's Carnival Time! Tokens for rides are $1.00 each. Adults are $3.00 for entry, Youth $2.00 ( 13-17) under 13 is FREE! Wednesday & Thursday 6:30p-10p. Friday & Saturday 6:30p-11p. 6/23-6/26 & 6/30-1/3. Down Town Orange right next to the Lion's Club Park and Sabine River Ford. You can't miss it. Come on out and join the family fun!
