World War II Veteran, Pearl Harbor survivor Cedric Stout, to celebrate 100yrs

World War II veteran Cedric Stout was honored at Tuesday night's Bridge City Council meeting with a proclamation honoring his 100th birthday, a key to the city and a reception with cake and punch.
