Rotary names Carpenter Bridge City Student of the Month for February

The Bridge City/Orangefield Rotary Club awarded Joseph Carpenter as the February Bridge City ISD Student of the Month.  Joseph has a 4.0 GPA and plans to attend UTT in Tyler or ATM to earn a degree in Cyber Security.
