Jill Marie Jackson Peveto, 70, Orange

Jill Marie Jackson Peveto, peacefully took her final breath and passed on to her eternal home on the night of Monday, September 19, 2022 in Orange, Texas with her family at her side.

She was born on March 14, 1952 in Houston, Texas to the late Robert "Bob"Jackson and Emma Marie Cox Jackson.

She was a 1970 graduate of Stark High School and a lifelong resident of Orange, Texas.

She fulfilled her desire to work in the home and dedicate her life to her family. She was a devoted mother of 3 children and loving grandmother to 5 grandsons. Jill was proud of all of her children and always thought it was special that her son, Tyler, pursued his dreams of becoming a police officer. She was preceded in death by parents, Robert and Em Jackson (Orange, Texas).

She is survived by her husband, A.B. "Yank” Peveto (Orange, Texas); daughter Rebecca “Becky” Pardue, her husband Aaron Pardue, Sr., and their sons, Aaron “AJ” Fredrick, Jr., Andrew James, and John Adam (Angleton, Texas); her daughter Jennifer Carreon, and her sons, Ryan Roy and Reece Bryan (Orange, Texas); son Steven “Tyler” Peveto (Orange, Texas); cousin, Rick Jackson (Mission Viejo, California); cousin, Chrissy Dennison (Bridge City, Texas); cousin, Cindy Woodward (Dallas Texas); and cousin, Scott Jackson (Orange, Texas).

Serving as pallbearers will be Tyler Peveto, AJ Pardue, Ryan Carreon Jr., Andrew Pardue, Reece Carreon, John Pardue and Aaron Pardue Sr.

Visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at Dorman Funeral Home in Orange, Texas.

Funeral services will be on Friday, September 23, 2022 at 10:00 am at Old First Orange Baptist Church in Orange, Texas. Officiating will be Dr. Aaron Pardue, her beloved son in law.

Graveside service will immediately follow at Autumn Oaks Memorial Park, in Orange, Texas.
