Shirley "Teresa" Broussard Krout, 85, of Orange, passed away on November 17, 2022, in Beaumont, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange, Texas at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 26, 2022.
Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 26, 2022, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Teresa was born on July 19, 1937, in Orange, Texas. She attended Community Christian Church, and was formerly a beautician, having worked for her sister Dorothy's Beauty Shop. She was married to the late Joseph David Krout for almost 54 years.
She is preceded in death by her son, Joseph David "Tee-Joe" Krout III, her parents, WW1 Veteran Justilien John Broussard & Stenie Marie Broussard, her brother Hilton and Helen Broussard, sisters Dorothy and Lee Guidry and Audrey and Benny Fields, brother-in-law Richard Gardiner, father and mother-n-law Joseph D. Sr. and Helen Krout.
She is survived by her brother Jimmy and Emily Broussard, her sisters Rella Gardiner, and Juanita & Willie Soape, her brother-in-law and sister-in-law Tuck and Dee Dee Tucker, and their families. Many thanks to the doctors and nurses who were so kind and caring; may God bless you.
Serving as pallbearers will be Bryant Fuselier, Dale Bouolreaux, Chase Cromartie, Trye Cromartie, George Boudreaux, and Cody Soape.
