Shirley Ann LeBlanc, 77, Bridge City

Shirley Ann LeBlanc, 77, of Bridge City, Texas, passed away peacefully at home on November 27, 2022.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, December 3, 2022, at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.

Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 9:30 a.m., at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City.

Born in Beaumont, Texas, on July 24, 1945, she was the daughter of Bryant Edward Lawrence and Eunice Lucille Johnson Lawrence. Shirley was a loving and caring lady, who had an open house policy so anyone who needed help knew they were welcome. Her lifelong dream was to live on the bayou and when she finally made that dream come true, she loved every minute of it. Shirley loved to craft and made sure to put rhinestones on everything to make it shine. She would have BBQs at her house nearly every weekend to have family and friends together. She enjoyed going fishing or to the beach in her free time, even if it was too cold to be outside. Shirley was a wonderful lady and will be deeply missed by those who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bryant and Eunice Lawrence; husband, Lee Corbett LeBlanc; brothers, Bryant Lawrence, Jr., and Johnny Lawrence; sister, Betty Woolwine; daughter, Shelly Lavonne LeBlanc; granddaughter, Devinne Dene Darby; and nephew, Tyler Wright.

She is survived by her daughters, Tammy LeBlanc Caillouet of Bridge City, Texas, Missy Ivey and husband Ben of Orange, Texas, and Tracy Fairall and husband Butch of Hemphill, Texas; grandchildren, Cassie, Amy, Cara, Hoyt, Kristin, Derek, and Cody; 19 great-grandchildren; sisters, Bonnie Brown and husband Kent of Lumberton, Texas, and Debbie Jahangiri and husband Bruce of San Diego, California; as well as many nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
