Brenten Douglas Herring, 28, Orange

Brenten Douglas Herring, 28, of Orange, passed away on January 31, 2023, at St. Elizabeth.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City. Officiating will be Reverend Keith Royal. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange.

Visitation will at 1:30 p.m. prior to the service, Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City.

Born in Beaumont, Texas, on March 9, 1994, he was the son of Deshell Ellen Herring. Brenten was a wonderful and talented man. It was never a dull moment when it came to the happiness of his boys and his nieces and nephews. Brenten was an old soul, a pretty boy, a jokester. He devoted his time to his family and home. You could say that he was built to be a father. Brenten was so much more than words could ever begin to describe. He will forever be in the hearts of all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary Jo McCord “MiMi”.

He is survived by his loving wife, Angela Brandon; Grandmother, Elva Fay Herring; Mother, Deshell Herring; Grandfather, Douglas Herring and Wife Debbie; Son, Brenten Stone; Bonus Son, Malachi Lee; Brother, Daelen Fox and Jacob Stewart; Aunts, Dawn Reynolds, Delene Broeckling, and Dana McKnight; Uncle, Marty Herring; Cousins, Lane, Sydney, Gabe, Gretchen, Tyler, Lindsey, Brandon, Sindel, and Josh; Nieces and Nephews, Maddie, Brentlie, Mikayla, Walker, Makayla, and Macie; as well as numerous other loving family and friends.

Serving Pallbearers will be Lane Wright, Jacob Jordan, Chris Hemmenway, Jamie Davis, Colt Melton, and Jesse Freeman. Honorary Pallbearers are Colt Melton, Jr., Derek Reynolds, Josh Herring, & Tyler Catlet.
