Linda Darlene “Patches” Flannery, 75, of Orange, Texas, passed away on February 20, 2023, at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 26, 2023, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Officiating will be Flipper Doolittle.
Visitation will begin prior to the service at 12:00 p.m., Sunday, February 26, 2023, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Born in San Bernardino, California, on December 3, 1947, she was the daughter of James A. Prudholm III and Juanita M. (Frost) Prudholm.
Patches was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many. She worked as a substance abuse counselor for many years. Patches was a very strong and independent women and made sure to help everyone she could. She touched the heart of many people she helped, and her memory will be cherished by all.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Juanita and James Prudholm III; siblings, Kenneth McFadden and Brenda Lawson; children, Dwayne Prudholm, Teresa Jefferson, Billy “Bo” Deal, and Miki Kittrel.
She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Michael Flannery; siblings, Martha Meseure, Sharon Peddy, and David Cleveland; children, Shannon Gilmore, Glenn Boyd, Richard Callahan, Michael Callahan, Marcia Stuteville, Alonda Callahan, Donald Flannery, Lydia Sonnier, Pauline Adams; daughters-in-law, Robin Smith, Misty Flannery, Angela Deal, Connie Callahan, and Nancy Boyd; as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
