Orangefield goys golf team compete in BC Invitational

The Orangefield boys golf team competed in the Bridge City Invitational at Sunset Grove Country Club in Orange this week. The Bobcats shot a team total of 326 and finished in the runner up spot behind Beaumont Kelly, which had a team total of 310.  Orangefield's Lincoln Parks led the team with 74, finishing as the 2nd place medalist, behind Kelly's Jullian Mathews, who shot a 72.  Other Bobcats competing were Xander Parks (81), Cameron Dischler (81), Reese Johnson (85), Alex Montz (86), and Ethan Gunter (91). LCM was led by Gavin Laffite with a 91 and Bridge CIty's #1 team was led by Brayton Tregre with a 93 and Bridge City's #2 team was led by Kevin Cullums 108.The Bobcats will be traveling to Warren in two weeks to compete in their final tune up before district.
