Patricia Ann Trahan, age 72, of Orange, Texas, passed away on May 15, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM, on Monday, May 22, 2023, at St. Mary Catholic Church, in Orange, Texas.
Rite of committal and interment will immediately follow, at St. Mary Cemetery. Visitation of family and friends will be held from 5:00 PM- 7:00 PM, on Sunday, May 21, 2023, at Dorman Funeral Home.
Pat was born on Friday, March 30, 1951, to Bonner and Mary Calhoon, in Orange, Texas. She was married to her loving husband, Earl Joseph Trahan, for 54 years. Pat loved being outside with her flowers, especially her hydrangeas and lilies, when they would bloom. Spending time with her family, especially her two grandbabies, made her the happiest.
Visits to her “retirement home”, at the beach, to relax and see her grand dogs, was also another pastime that she truly enjoyed. Also, Pat was known to never turn down a latte.
She was a loyal and devoted friend to many, and will be deeply missed by all who knew, and loved her.
Preceding Pat in death are her parents, Bonner and Mary Calhoon; and brothers, Alvin Calhoon and Calvin Calhoon.
Those left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband, Earl Trahan; daughter, Ranell Bray and husband, Clifford; son, Shannon Trahan and partner, Laura Dennis; granddaughters, Kaylee Bray and Kinsley Trahan; and numerous members of extended family, and friends.
Honoring Pat as pallbearers are Seth Trahan, Brett Trahan, Todd Guillory, Chad Guilbeaux, Michael Simon, and Trey Thomassee; honorary pallbearers are Clifford Bray and Ricky Trahan.
