Jimmie Merle McLemore (Roebuck), 85, Crystal Beach

Jimmie Merle McLemore (Roebuck), 85, of Crystal Beach, Texas, passed away peacefully in her home on August 19, 2023. Born in San Augustine County, Texas, on December 18,1938 she was the daughter of Prentis and Winnie Roebuck. She is preceded in death by her parents, Prentis and Winnie Roebuck; her loving husband, Mac; and her sisters, Sally, Mary and Katie.

She is survived by her children, Judith Novotny (Jon) and Michael McCall, stepsons Ralph McLemore (Michelle) and Barry McLemore (Kathy); she was a loving sister to Jerrie Scheeler and Reba Hemstead, who will miss her very much. She loved her grandchildren, Nick Novotny (Katie), Tyler Novotny, Chloe McLemore and Samuel Wyatt. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and good friends Barbara and Michael Blevins. There is no service at this time, but the family will have a memorial at a future date. Cremation will be held under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
