William "Paul" Hearnsberger, 64, Orange

Paul Hearnsberger, 64, of Orange, Texas, passed away on November 16, 2023, in Orange.

Born in Orange, Texas, on October 26, 1959, he was the youngest son of Marvin “Pete” Hearnsberger and Betty (Dempsey) Hearnsberger. Paul was a graduate of Little Cypress-Mauriceville High School and Lamar University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in biology. He spent many years of his life dotingly caring for his parents. Paul had a great love for animals, especially stray dogs which he commonly went out of his way to feed. In his free time, he enjoyed watching The Three Stooges and collecting memorabilia from the show, going to the casino, and attending horse races. Paul was a great man who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Pete and Betty Hearnsberger.

He is survived by his older brother, David Hearnsberger and wife Belinda; his niece, Shelly Campbell and husband Wes; his nephews, Cory Hearnsberger, Sebastian Lough and wife Greta, and Jude Lough; his longtime friend (who felt more like family), Bruce Martin; along with numerous other loving friends and family.
