8th Annual Michael Hoke Memorial Outdoor Awareness for Kids

The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension of Orange County is holding The 8th Annual Michael Hoke Memorial Outdoor Awareness for Kids on June 4th, 2024 at Claiborne West Park in the Halliburton Pavilion.  This is a free event and will be held rain or shine.  On the day of the event, check-in is at 8:45 am with the event starting at 9 am and lasting until 1:30 pm with lunch provided.  This is a program for ages 8 to 14.  Activities include a Duck Dog Demo, Skulls and Furs, Benthic Testing, Nature Trail, and Kayak Paddling Demo and Water Safety Education.  To register, go to orange.agrilife.org and click on the registrations page link.  If you have any questions, call the Extension office at 409-882-7010.
