Joel Wayne Hebert, 65, Nederland

Joel Wayne Hebert, 65, of Nederland, Tx, passed away on June 29h, 2024 at his home in Nederland. A Memorial Mass will be held on July 13th, 2024, at 11 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.

Joel was born on November 11, 1958, in Port Arthur to Ronald and Sheryl Hebert. He graduated from Nederland High School (1976). He was always willing to lend a hand when ever needed as evidence by his devotion to the Southeast Texas Circle of Hope as a founding board member.

Joel is survived by his mother, Sheryl Hebert of Nederland; siblings, Brian Kent Hebert and his wife, Toni of Nederland; Ronald Timothy Hebert of Nederland; Shelley Marie Wenzel and her husband, Frederic of Katy; and Kurk Maury Hebert and his wife, Karen of Katy; Nieces and nephews, Jamie Marie Stewart Hernandez and husband, Helio; Lauren Michael Aragon and her husband, Chris; Nicholas James Wenzel; Joshua Dale Hebert and his wife, Ali; Austin J. Hebert and his fiancée, Morgan; Brian Joseph Hebert; Kingston J. Hebert; Anamarie Joy Hebert; Great Nieces and nephews, Paris Alexandra Stewart, Journey Elena Hernandez, David Zachary Hernandez, Caleb Wenzel, and Alexandra Rae Wenzel.

He was preceded in death by father, Ronald Joseph Hebert, sisters, Shelley Ann Hebert, Sheryl Marie Hebert, and Wendy Kim Jagneaux; Nephews, Robert Devin Wenzel and Alexandre Joseph Wenzel.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Southeast Texas Circle of Hope.
