The Bridge City/Orangefield Rotary Club awarded Santiago Baca as their Orangefield Student of the Month for September.  Santiago ranks 4 out of 114 students with a GPA of 4.53.  He plans to attend LSCO in the Maritime Program to become a boat captain.
