OHS students tour Dishman School of Nursing

OHS Patient Care Technician students traveled to Lamar University for an in-depth tour of the JoAnne Gay Dishman School of Nursing. This included a presentation on the application process, prerequisites and nursing courses, clinicals, and travel abroad opportunities that LU can provide. They also got to see a live patient simulation activity with current nursing students and tour the highly advanced sim lab. These seniors left inspired and excited about their futures in healthcare and beyond.
